The present invention relates to a healthy beverage using Houttuynia cordata, Ficus carica, and Citrus junos extracts and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to a beverage including Houttuynia cordata, Ficus carica, and Citrus junos, manufactured to include hydrothermal extracts made after washing Houttuynia cordata and Ficus carica and Citrus junos juice, and a manufacturing method thereof. The beverage including Houttuynia cordata, Ficus carica, and Citrus junos, as a health-oriented beverage including various functional ingredients of Houttuynia cordata, sugars of Ficus carica, aromatic ingredients of Citrus junos, etc., has increased usage by removing the fishy smell of Houttuynia cordata, uses Ficus carica for a beverage besides fresh fruit or jam, and is manufactured in the form of a beverage by adding Citrus junos juice instead of synthesized flavors. The manufacturing method for a beverage including Houttuynia cordata, Ficus carica, and Citrus junos according to the present invention comprises: a washing step for washing Houttuynia cordata, Ficus carica, and Citrus junos an extraction step for obtaining extracts from the Houttuynia cordata and Ficus carica at a temperature of 70-100°C a filtration step for filtering the extracts from the Houttuynia cordata and Ficus carica a juice extraction step for extracting juice from the Citrus junos a filtration step for filtering the juice from the Citrus junos a first mixing step for mixing 40-70 vol% of the Houttuynia cordata extract, 30-60 vol% of the Ficus carica extract of 2-10 brix, 0.1-10 vol% of the Citrus junos juice, 1-15 vol% of a Salicornia herbacea L. extract having a salinity of 4-8, and 0.0001-2 vol% of a complex Scutellaria baicalensis extract to make a mixture a second mixing step for mixing 0.01-5% of vitamin C and 0.001-1% of enzymatically modified stevia to the mixture with respect to the weight of the mixture a step for finally filtering a mixture obtained in the second mixi
