According to an embodiment of the present invention, a user notification device of an electronic cigarette includes: an electronic cigarette which wirelessly transmits a smoking event message generated whenever a user smokes to a user terminal； and a user terminal which displays the number of smoking activities and a health index for each period according to the smoking event message. The user terminal includes: a wireless terminal module which receives the smoking event message from the electronic cigarette； a smoking activity number database which accumulates and stores the number of smoking activities for each period whenever smoking event message is received； a health index database storing the health index for the number of warnings for each period； and an electronic cigarette application which displays the number of smoking activities for each period and displays the health index allocated to the health index database when the number of smoking activities for each period reaches the number of warnings for each period. The present invention enables the user terminal to sense the smoking activity whenever the smoking activity takes place and provide the smoking status and the corresponding health index, thereby enabling the user to check the information easily. The present invention also generates a loss warning alarm whenever the electronic cigarette is moved further away, thereby preventing the loss of the electronic cigarette.
