PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of laying hen formula feed provides a way to improve the utilization rate of nutrition by increasing activity of muscular stomach of while preventing selective vegetarian diet of laying hens.CONSTITUTION: Mix raw materials of feed and process the materials into pellets until the average size of the un-grinded wheat is +/-20%. Mix the wheat without grinding, shells with the size +/-20% the average size of the wheat, and coarse particles of corns with pellet feed. Spray beef tallow, animal oil and fat, vegetable oil and fat, or a mixture thereof to the outcome from previous process. The average size of the un-grinded wheat is 1-5X5-9(diameterXthickness)mm. The un-grinded wheat has a portion of 10-30wt% by weight among the whole laying hen formula feed. The weight ratio of pellet feed, the un-grinded wheat, shells, and the corn coarse particles is 54-58:18-22:1-3:18-22. The pellet feed is selected from the group consist of an energy containing substance, a protein containing substance, a fat containing substance, other kinds of crops, bran type feed, mineral feed, additives, and other ingredients. The energy containing substance is composed of corn, wheat, sorghum, barley, or their mixture. The protein containing substance includes soybean cake, cotton seed meal, rapeseed meal, canola mill, distillers dried grains, perilla meal, seasame oil meal, linseed meal, sunflower seed meal, peanut meal, coconut meal, corn gluten, fish meal, feather meal, fish solubles, meat meal, constituent parts of the blood, or their mixture.
