The present invention relates to a human body-like phantom having a multi-layered structure. More specifically, the human body-like phantom having a multi-layered structure comprises: a human skin-like phantom layer composed of a component with a dielectric constant and the conductivity of human skin; and a signal measurement sensor layer which is disposed on an upper side of the human skin-like phantom layer and senses a biometric signal of a human body insertion-type medical device and a signal for testing a communication status of the human body insertion-type medical device. According to the present invention, the human skin-like phantom layer composed of the component having the dielectric constant and the conductivity of the human skin, and the signal measurement sensor layer which is disposed on the upper side of the human skin-like phantom layer and which senses the biometric signal of the human body insertion-type medical device and the signal for testing the communication status of the human body insertion-type medical device, are layered on top of each other. At least one human tissue-like phantom layer composed of a component having a dielectric constant and a conductivity of at least one human tissue selected from a group including fat, muscle, and blood in a human body is further layered on an upper side of the signal measurement sensor layer to allow more accurate testing and reproduce different electromagnetic properties in the human body with a single human body phantom. Additionally, according to the present invention, the human skin-like phantom layer comprises 2-3 wt% of sodium chloride, 71-73 wt% of sucrose, 0.7-0.9 wt% of agarose, and 24-25 wt% of purified water, with respect to a total weight of the human skin-like phantom layer.
