PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for modulation of gel temperature of poloxamer-containing formulations, and to provide sustained release pharmaceutical formulations that gel upon contact with a body, and are administered by direct application of these compositions or formulations onto or via perfusion into a targeted structure.SOLUTION: The invention relates to pharmaceutical formulations containing an active agent and a thermosensitive polymer comprising polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene copolymers. The pharmaceutical formulations 1) contain thermosensitive polymer in the formulation weight between about 14.5 and 25%, and further contain one or more gelation temperature increasing or gelation temperature decreasing agents； 2) contain less than 14.5% of the thermosensitive polymer and one or more the gelation temperature increasing agents； or 3) contain more than 25% of the thermosensitive polymer and one or more the gelation temperature decreasing agents.【課題】ポロクサマーを包含する製剤のゲル温度を調節するの方法、並びに身体に接触したときゲル化し、及び標的の構造体上へこれらの組成物或いは製剤を直接適用し、又は、標的の構造体へかん流を介して、投与される徐放医薬製剤の提供。【解決手段】活性薬剤と、ポリオキシエチレン及びポリオキシプロピレンのコポリマーを含む熱感受性ポリマーと、を含む医薬製剤。１）製剤の重量で約１４．５～２５％の間の熱感受性ポリマーを含み、及び１以上のゲル化温度上昇剤又はゲル化温度下降剤を更に含み、２）１４．５％未満の熱感受性ポリマーと１以上のゲル化温度上昇剤を含み、或いは、３）２５％を超える熱感受性ポリマーと１以上のゲル化温度下降剤とを含む、医薬製剤。【選択図】なし
