PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation tool that has proper usability by virtue of excellent fitness for the body and that can maintain longer-time cold insulation effect than ever in a modest temperature zone.SOLUTION: In a cold insulation tool 10, nonfreezing-type gel 12 housed in a storage bag 11, and frozen-type gel 14 encapsulated in a divided state in a plurality of pouches 13 are sealed and housed in such a manner as to be mixed in the storage bag 11.
