The invention relates to a device for fixing a bone fractured in the femoral neck region, consisting of a sliding sleeve plate and a trochanteric stabilisation plate, each of which has recesses for receiving bone screws and wherein the plate head of the trochanteric stabilisation plate has an anatomically adapted shape. In addition, the trochanteric stabilisation plate is designed to be applicable to the sliding sleeve plate and moveable along same. According to the invention, at least at the end oriented towards the plate head, the trochanteric stabilisation plate has a profile guide that engages with the sliding sleeve plate from the rear in such a manner that the section of the sliding sleeve plate that is complementary to the profile guide is received and stabilised in a shoe-like manner.
