An ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment is disclosed. The ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus includes an image processing part for forming a plurality of ultrasound images in which a size of a region representing a tissue into which a contrast agent flows is varied as the amount of the contrast agent flowing into the target tissue of an object changes, a display part for displaying the first ultrasound image of the plurality of ultrasound images, a user input part for receiving a user input for setting a region of interest on the displayed first ultrasound image, and a control part for determining regions representing a tissue into which the contrast agent is flows in the plurality of ultrasound images based on the set region of interest and determining the region of a maximum size among the determined regions as the region of the target tissue.
