A dynamometer for a muscle strength test of a testing body is provided. The dynamometer includes a muscle sensing unit, a velocity sensing element, a processor and a speed indicating unit. The muscle sensing unit generates a muscle sensing signal according to the strength of the muscle of the testing body. The velocity sensing element generates an angular velocity signal according to the motion of the testing body. The processor receives the muscle sensing signal and angular velocity signal, and calculates an instant speed according to the angular velocity signal.
