The present invention relates to a method for a short-term seawater domestication of rainbow trout, comprising the following steps: a step for preparing rainbow trout of different growing stages in a water tank of a live fish carrier, and testing salinity tolerance of the rainbow trout and a step for introducing seawater to increase the salinity in a short term up to a limit salinity which is confirmed not to cause the death of rainbow trout by the salinity test, and gradually increasing temperature and salinity through introducing the seawater until the salinity reaches 32 to 35 &permil which is the salinity of seawater.
