PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for inoculating mushroom fungi by which the mushroom fungi can be uniformly inoculated on the surface of a medium, and mushroom spawn bottles having different heights can be set.SOLUTION: The machine for inoculating the mushroom fungi is constituted as follows. A supporting plate 3 is protruded from the front face of a body part 2. A mushroom-drawing off part 4 is opened therein, and a supporting ring 28 for supporting the shoulder part 5e of the mushroom spawn bottle 5 attached thereon so as to be stood upside-down is attached. An upper part-supporting cap 31 for supporting the upper part of the mushroom spawn bottle 5 is attached to the body part 2, and a bottle-driving mechanism 12 for rotating the bottle 5 is installed there. An inserting guide cylinder 20 is attached to the lower part of the supporting plate 3 at which the mushroom-drawing off part 4 is opened. An arm 11 penetrating the mushroom-drawing off part 4 from the lower part through the inserting guide cylinder 20 and inserted and attached to the inside of the bottle is attached so as to be freely lifted and lowered. A lifting and lowering scraper 14 sliding on the inner wall of the bottle is attached to the upper terminal of the arm 11.
