Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Tracheostomiekanüle, bestehend aus einer Außenkanüle (1) und einer darin passend einsetzbaren Innenkanüle. Um eine Tracheostomiekanüle mit Außenkanüle und Innenkanüle zu schaffen, mit welcher die Probleme unterschiedlicher Anatomien verschiedener Patienten oder auch die zeitliche Variation der Anatomie bei einem Patienten leicht behoben werden können, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß die effektive Länge der Außenkanüle (1) und/oder der Innenkanüle variabel ist.The present invention relates to a tracheostomy cannula, comprising an outer cannula (1) and an inner cannula that can be fitted in said outer cannula.
