PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinal implant including a down-sized housing that can be commonalized regardless of a diameter of a bone screw and having excellent assemblability.SOLUTION: A spinal implant 1 includes a screw head holding member 4, a ring member 7, a housing 3, and an insert 5. The screw head holding member 4 includes a cylindrical part 21 in which a support part 25 for supporting a screw head 2b from the lower side is formed and that is elastically deformable in the radial direction. The ring member 7 is formed into a C shape that is fitted in an annular groove part 24 formed at the outer peripheral surface of the screw head holding member 4 and is elastically deformable in the radial direction.
