PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinal implant including a down-sized housing that can be commonalized regardless of a diameter of a bone screw and having excellent assemblability.SOLUTION: A spinal implant 1 includes screw head holding member 4, a housing 3, and an insert 5. The screw head holding member 4 includes a cylindrical part 21 in which a support part 27 for supporting a screw head 2b from the lower side is formed and is elastically deformable in the radial direction. The housing 3 stores the screw head holding member 4 with it holding the screw head 2b.
