PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antioxidant which can be stored at room temperature and exhibits excellent effect on removal of reactive oxygen species occurring in skin fibroblasts and a pathological condition improving agent for skin.SOLUTION: When platinum and palladium are mixed in colloidal form, the antioxidant to skin fibroblasts stably removes reactive oxygen species occurring in skin fibroblasts even if stored at room temperature for a long period. Using the antioxidant as a skin disease pathological condition improving agent, skin pathological conditions due to endogenous reactive oxygen species can be improved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 常温状態での保存で、皮膚繊維芽細胞に発生した活性酸素の消去に優れた効果がある抗酸化剤及び皮膚に対する病態改善剤を得る。【解決手段】 白金及びパラジウムをコロイドの形で混合することにより、皮膚繊維芽細胞に対する抗酸化剤として、これを常温で長期保存しても皮膚繊維芽細胞に発生した活性酸素が安定して消去され、この抗酸化剤を皮膚病態改善剤として用いることにり、内因性活性酸素に起因する皮膚病態が改善される。【選択図】 図1
