The present invention relates to a body acupressure device. The body acupressure device according to the present invention includes: a main body which is provided in an upper surface and has a plurality of setting holes formed at predetermined intervals in lateral and longitudinal directions; a plurality of acupressure rods of which lower portions are inserted into the setting holes formed in the main body such that positions of the acupressure rods are set, and of which upper portions are in contact with the body of a user to pressurize spots on the body suitable for acupuncture of the body; and a fixing means which prevents separation of the acupressure rods in a process of pressurizing the spots on the body suitable for acupuncture of the body through the acupressure rods by firmly fixing the positions of the acupressure rods inserted into and set in the setting holes. The user not only induces convenient use of a product by enabling one or the plurality of the acupressure rods to be freely disposed in the plurality of setting holes formed in an upper portion of the main body such that desired body parts can be easily stimulated or pressed through the acupressure rods, but also has an effect of enabling general availability of the product to be secured by writing the spots on the body suitable for acupuncture for each body part in letters on the main body such that a novice user can also easily stimulate the spots on the body suitable for acupuncture of the desired body parts through easy positional setting of the acupressure rods. Further, the user not only enables an effective stimulation process to be performed through the acupressure rods by using the acupressure rods having height suitable for height of the user oneself, but also moreover has an effect of enabling general availability of the product to be reinforced by selectively using low pressure-type, medium pressure-type or high pressure-type acupressure rods depending on shape of ends of the acupressur
