PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for a user, lying on the stomach, or face-up, to receive acupressure massage to the shoulders or the lower back, with a quilt or thin plate placed under the users body in such a way that an affected part sufficiently receives the pushing force of acupressure, in which the user is stopped from moving to avoid acupressure due to unconscious movement of the body in accordance with massaging strength or the state of the affected part, so that the effect of acupressure is achieved.SOLUTION: Shoulder stopping members 2A are fixed at parts of the mat 1 for the acupressure massage implement where it is applied to both shoulders. At parts to be applied to the lower back, two lower back stopping members 2B formed of material of such hardness that will not cause a problem if applied to the body are provided to be movable up and down and left and right to match the figure of the user who receives acupressure. A buttocks stopping member 2C is provided to be movable up and down to match the figure of the user to be held between the legs to be fixed. Using all the stopping members for reference, acupressure massage can be securely performed to proper spots, and the spots can be concentrically massaged.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】うつぶせ又は仰向け状態で肩や腰を指圧マッサージをするとき布団や薄板を身体の下側に敷いて指圧を受ける患部が指圧の押す力を十分受け止めるようにしていた。マッサージの強さや患部の状態によって無意識に体がずれ、指圧を避けようとして移動しないように固定し、指圧の効果が発揮される敷物を提供する。【解決手段】指圧マッサージ具の敷物1に両肩に当たる部分に肩止め部材2Aを固定し、腰にあたる部分には指圧受ける人の体型に合わせて上下左右に移動させて適合位置で固定ができ、かつ身体が当たっても支障の無い適度の固さの材質で形成した2個の腰止め部材2Bを設け、足で挟めてなおかつ尻部分の体型に合わせ上下に移動、固定できる尻止め部材2Cを設けたものであり、取り付けた全ての止めが基準になり指圧を受ける人の指圧マッサージを施したい場所が確保でき、その部分を重点的にマッサージすることができる。【選択図】図1
