The present invention relates to a composition for removing MRI noise including a compound containing a hydrogen bond and a pad using the same, which naturally generates a high signal through indirect energy exchange due to the magnetization of the hydrogen bond and is generated by a metal. There is an advantage that an image of an organization which is not embodied as an image can be activated by the noise generated. In addition, unlike the MRI contrast agent, the composition according to the present invention can be applied by a non-invasive method, so that it does not cause side effects on the human body and is not toxic and therefore safe. Also, it can be used to cover a region requiring diagnosis or be attached to an MRI apparatus to improve a relatively wide range of images, which is more accurate than restoring a distorted image by a program.
