METHOD FOR CORRECTING DEFORMITY OF DENTITION FOR CORRECTING DENTAL RATIO IN TEMPOROMANDIBULAR DISORDER WITH THE AID OF INDIVIDUALLY MATCHING ORTHODONTIC SPLINTS
As method for correcting the deformity of the dentition for correcting dental ratio in temporomandibular disorder with the aid of the individually matching orthodontic splints comprises the dental impression, preparation of the models of the upper and lower jaws, the diagnostics of static and dynamic occlusion in articulator, the drawing of the treatment plan with manufacture of the splints with the specified displacement. The models of the upper and lower jaws are prepared in plaster in articulator based on the individual recorder taking into account the physiological position of temporomandibular joints. The series of the splints for the first stage of the treatment is then prepared. When necessary, the second impressions are prepared followed by manufacturing the models of the upper and lower jaws and the additional assessment of the situation in articulator for controlling treatment process and correcting treatment plan. The number of the stages depends on the extent of the deformity of the dentition and/or primary occlusion. The dentition is corrected stage-by-stage with normalization of the occlusion.Спосіб виправлення деформацій зубного ряду з метою корекції співвідношення зубних рядів при скронево-нижньощелепних розладах за допомогою індивідуально виготовлених ортодонтичних кап, що включає зняття зліпків зубів пацієнта, виготовлення моделі верхньої і нижньої щелеп із зубними рядами пацієнта, проведення діагностики статичної та динамічної оклюзії в артикуляторі, складання плану лікування і виготовлення кап із заданим переміщенням, причому модель верхньої і нижньої щелеп із зубними рядами загіпсовують в артикулятор по індивідуальних реєстратах пацієнта із урахуванням фізіологічного положення скронево-нижньощелепних суглобів, після діагностики і складання плану лікування виготовляють серію кап на перший етап лікування, після проведення якого за необхідності здійснюють повторне зняття зліпків, виготовлення моделі верхньої і нижньої щелеп із зубними рядами пацієн
