The present invention relates to a black garlic- persimmon mixed fermented vinegar composition and a method of manufacturing the same. The vinegar composition of the present invention suppresses weight gain of an obese mouse and AMPK activation at the molecular level and ACC, one the AMPK, presenting improved anti-obesity effect compared when persimmon vinegar is solely used. Thus, the vinegar composition of the present invention is useful in treating and preventing obesity.본원은 흑마늘-감 혼합 발효 식초 조성물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본원의 식초 조성물은 비만 마우스의 체중 증가 억제 및 분자수준에서 AMPK 활성화와 그 표적 중 하나인 ACC를 억제하여, 항비만 효과를 가지며, 감식초를 단독으로 사용한 것과 비교하여 상승된 효과를 가져와 비만의 치료 또는 예방에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
