The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bioactive polymer implant and a bioactive polymer implant manufactured thereby, wherein the method comprises steps of: a) preparing a body part comprising a polymer material； b) injecting plasma ions of a bioactive material and plasma ions of a biocompatible material into the body part by a plasma ion injection method； and c) forming a deposition layer comprising the bioactive material and the biocompatible material on the surface of the body part by a co-deposition method.
