PURPOSE: A honey dryer capable of effectively improving the quality of honey is provided to remove the moisture from the honey flowing on inclined plate members using hot air. CONSTITUTION: A honey dryer comprises the following: a case body(10) with a space unit(11) and a door(13) for opening and closing the space unit； inclined plate members(20) laminated inside the space unit with the end parts closely located to each other for continuously flowing honey； a honey collecting container(30) located on the lower side of the inclined plate members for collecting the honey； a hot air supplier(40) installed on one side of the case body for supplying hot air into the space unit； a pumping unit with one end located inside the honey collecting container and the other end located on the upmost inclined plate member for circulating the honey collected inside the honey collecting container to the inclined plate members； a hot air generator(41) generating the hot air； and an outlet(43) for discharging the hot air from the hot air generator.본 발명은 수분이 포함된 벌꿀을 상부측 경사판부재로부터 하부측 경사판부재까지 흘려보내는 동안 열풍을 공급해 줌으로써 벌꿀에 포함된 수분이 열풍에 의해 제거할 수 있어 벌꿀의 품질을 높일 수 있도록 한 벌꿀 건조장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 벌꿀 건조장치는 내부에는 공간부가 형성되며, 전면에는 상기 공간부를 개폐하는 도어가 설치되는 케이스 본체와, 다수의 경사판이 상기 공간부 내에 적층 설치되되, 최상부의 경사판으로부터 최하부의 경사판까지 벌꿀의 연속적 유동이 가능하도록 단부측이 서로 교호적으로 인접 위치되는 경사판부재와, 상기 경사판부재의 하부에 위치되어 상기 경사판부재에 의해 유동 된 벌꿀이 수집되는 벌꿀 수집통과, 상기 케이스 본체의 일측에 설치되며, 상기 공간부 내로 열풍을 공급하는 열풍공급수단과, 일단은 상기 벌꿀 수집통 내에 위치되고, 타단은 상기 최상부 경사판 상측에 위치되어 상기 벌꿀 수집통 내에 수집된 벌꿀을 흡입한 다음 상기 최상부 경사판부재 측으로 흘려보내는 펌핑수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
