The present invention generally relates to aqueous seed treatment formulationscomprising a pesticidal agent, a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), a graft copolymer,and a plasticizer. In one embodiment of the invention, PVA-compatible polymeremulsions are employed. The present invention also relates to uses of the disclosedcompositions for protecting seeds from pests.
