A disclosed embodiment provides an ultrasound probe which increases the matching property of a transmission signal for the frequency spectrum of a transducer element to improve transmission power efficiency and signal-to-noise ratio, an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus having the same and an ultrasound signal generating method.
