The present invention relates to a simple tissue-type shampoo using Korean paper, which can cleanly wipe hair and scalp without using water substantially, and to a method of manufacturing the tissue-type shampoo by impregnating shampoo compositions in Korean paper to protect the scalp and hair, thereby being effective in moisturization, exfoliation, and decontamination.본 발명은 물을 실질적으로 사용하지 아니하고도, 이용 가능한 모발과 두피를 깨끗하게 닦아낼 수 있는 한지를 이용한 간편한 티슈 형태의 샴푸로, 한지 내에 삼푸 조성물을 함침시켜, 두피와 모발을 보호하며, 보습 및 각질, 오염 제거에 효과적인 티슈 형태의 샴푸 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
