PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for an endoscope in which overheating is hardly generated even if using an electronic component accompanied by heat generation, and to provide the endoscope using the same.SOLUTION: A device (1) for an endoscope includes: an electronic component (2) accompanied by heat generation a cylindrical casing (3) supporting the electronic component (2) and a heat radiation member (8) inserted into a cylinder hole (35) of the cylindrical casing (3). The cylindrical casing (3) has first flow passages (36) through which a fluid collecting heat from the cylindrical casing (3) flows.
