PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maternity belt easing low back pain by performing moderate pelvis tightening giving no harmful effect to an unborn child before childbirth, and firmly supporting the lower abdominal region during pregnancy.SOLUTION: A maternity belt includes: a maternity belt body 11 attached to the circumference of the abdominal region so as to cover at least the abdominal region front surface AB of a pregnant woman and a pelvis belt part 21 connected to the maternity belt body 11 and suppressing the distortion of the pelvis. In the maternity belt body 11 in a fitting state, a lower end part 13c of an abdominal region covering part 13 covering the abdominal region front surface AB is arranged below the anterior superior iliac spine, and inclines to the vertical direction so as to correspond with the swelling of the lower abdominal region of a pregnant woman. The pelvis belt part 21 in a fitting state is connected to a side circumference than the abdominal region covering part 13 in the maternity belt body 11, and is wound around the pelvis passing the back from the side circumference so as to be connected to the lower end part 13c.
