This invention provides a method that allows selection of antibodies againstcells (e.g. tumor cells) in situ usinglaser capture microdissection. By restricting antibody selection to binders ofinternalizing epitopes, a panel of phage antibodieswas generated that targets clinically represented prostate cancer antigens.
