The present invention relates to a composition for preventing adhesion, containing a surface-modified chondrocyte-derived extracellular matrix membrane as an active ingredient, and it was observed that the efficiency of adhesion of fibrocytes to a chondrocyte-derived extracellular matrix material in vitro is low and an excellent adhesion prevention effect is exhibited in a subcutaneous adhesion animal model using a mouse and in an intestinal adhesion model using a rat. In addition, it was ascertained that the adhesion prevention effect remarkably increases when the surface charge of the present material is modified to be neutral by using poly-L-lysine (PLL), and thus the chondrocyte-derived extracellular matrix material can be applied as an adhesion barrier with excellent in vivo stability and an adhesion prevention effect.La présente invention concerne une composition destinée à empêcher ladhésion, contenant comme principe actif une membrane de matrice extracellulaire dérivée de chondrocytes. En effet, il a été observé que lefficacité dadhésion in vitro de fibrocytes sur un matériau de type matrice extracellulaire dérivé de chondrocytes est faible, et quil existe un excellent effet de blocage de ladhésion dans un modèle animal dadhésion sous-cutanée utilisant une souris, et dans un modèle dadhésion intestinale utilisant un rat.
