To this end, the apparatus of the present invention comprises: an input unit including a hopper configured to feed kimchi at a predetermined speed and an input screw for transferring, at a predetermined speed, the kimchi fed from the hopper; a stirring unit configured to heat and stir the kimchi fed from the input unit; a cooking unit configured to add seasoning to the kimchi stirred by the stirring unit and mix the kimchi with the seasoning; and a discharge unit configured to discharge, at a predetermined speed, the kimchi cooked by the cooking unit. The stirring unit includes: a drum through which the kimchi is fed; and a heating means configured to heat the drum. The drum includes a stirring module configured to stir the fed kimchi.
