To provide a light shielding material for photodynamic therapy capable of reliably performing treatment with PDT and improving PDT safety.SOLUTION: A first member 11 having water absorbing property, a second member 12 having light shielding property, and a third member 13 shielding at least a part of light reflected by the second member 12 .
