The machine (100) has a material loading case (110) delimited by lateral walls (120), an access door (140) and a rear wall. A displacement unit (200) has a monoblock mobile base (230) moved along a cyclic movement for displacing the material towards a destruction/expulsion unit. A fixed base (210) supports the material in the case, when the material is not displaced by the mobile base. The destruction/expulsion unit has a turbine and a volute (170) for receiving and propelling the destructed material through a distributing chute.
