PURPOSE: A handrail mounted voice guiding device is provided to improve convenience for the blind at low costs by guiding voices. CONSTITUTION: A handrail mounted voice guiding device comprises a body (100), a coupling unit, a guide request signal input unit, a guide voice output unit, and a control unit. The coupling unit is formed on one side in the longitudinal direction of the body and is combined with the end of a handrail (10). The guide request signal input unit is installed on the body. The guide voice output unit is installed on the body and outputs guide voices. The control unit outputs guide voices by controlling the guide voice output unit when a guide request signal is inputted by the guide request input unit.본 발명은 핸드레일의 말단 부위에 손쉽게 부가되어 독립적으로 동작하되 기존 점자로만 안내하던 내용을 음성으로 안내함으로써 저렴한 비용으로 시각장애인의 편의를 증진시킬 수 있도록 한 핸드레일 부착형 음성안내장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 핸드레일 부착형 음성안내장치는 속이 빈 원통 형상의 몸체； 상기 몸체의 적어도 길이 방향의 일 측에 형성되어 핸드레일의 단부에 결합되는 결합 수단； 상기 몸체에 설치된 안내 요청 신호 입력 수단； 상기 몸체에 설치되어 안내 음성을 출력하는 안내 음성 출력 수단 및 상기 안내 요청 입력 수단으로부터 안내 요청 신호가 입력된 경우에 상기 안내 음성 출력 수단을 제어하여 안내 음성을 출력하는 제어 수단을 포함하여 이루어진다.
