PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage tool of medical wire for performing quick storage while regarding storage safety of the medical wire as important, and a method for disposing the medical wire for performing quick disposal of the medical wire while regarding safety in using the storage tool as important.SOLUTION: The storage tool 500 for the medical wire is provided with a storage cylinder 10 for storing the medical wire 40, an engaging tool 20 provided with an engagement part 22 engaged with one end of the medical wire 40, and a moving mechanism 30 for moving the engaging tool 20 inside the storage cylinder 10.
