The present invention relates to a ventilating device of a vinyl greenhouse using an air duct. The ventilating device of the present invention comprises: ventilators (3a, 3b) installed in one side of front and rear entrances of a vinyl greenhouse, and having air suctioning fans (5a, 5b) for suctioning external cold air air ducts (17a, 17b) having entrances connected with and fixed to the ventilators (3a, 3b), lengthily formed in a length direction on the ceiling in the vinyl greenhouse, and spraying cold air into the vinyl greenhouse and ventilators (3c, 3d) installed in the other side of the front and rear entrances of the vinyl greenhouse, and having air exhaust fans (12a, 12b) for discharging internal hot air. When the ventilating device of the present invention is used, forcible air suctioning and exhausting are simultaneously performed in a vinyl greenhouse, and air is exchanged.
