The present invention relates to a urethra and bladder support for insertion into vagina and, more specifically, to a urethra and bladder support for insertion into vagina which is inserted into the vagina of a female and can prevent urinary incontinence by reinforcing elasticity of the vagina, pressing the urethra, and preventing a bladder from sagging downwards. According to the present invention, the urethra and bladder support, which is inserted into the vagina and supports the urethra and bladder, comprises: an elastic main body plate which is in the shape of a plate formed to be long in a lengthwise direction and has narrow portions, having gradually decreasing widths, on both end portions； and spherical finishing balls which are installed on the ends of the narrow portions of the main body plate to prevent vaginal walls from being wound during inserting the support into the vaginal region or removing the same therefrom. The main body plate comprises: an overlapping unit formed to be folded as a curve in the shape of S in a middle portion； a urethra support unit which is extended from an upper portion of the overlapping unit and supports the urethra； and bladder support unit which is extended from a lower portion of the overlapping unit and supports the bladder.본 발명은 질 삽입용 요도 및 방광 지지구에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 여성 질 내에 삽입으로 질의 탄성을 강화시켜 요도를 압박하면서 방광이 하부로 처지는 것을 방지해 요실금을 예방할 수 있는 질 삽입용 요도 및 방광 지지구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 질내에 삽입하여 요도와 방광을 지지하는 요도 및 방광 지지구에 있어서, 길이방향으로 길게 형성된 판체 형상으로 양단부측에는 점진적으로 폭이 협소해지는 협소부가 형성된 탄성재질의 본체판과； 상기 본체판의 협소부 단부에 장착되어 질내 삽입 및 탈거시 질내벽 상처를 방지하는 구형태의 마감볼；로 이루어지되, 상기 본체판은, 중간부분에 "S"자 형태의 곡면으로 다단 접은 중첩부와, 상기 중첩부의 상부에서 연장되어 요도를 지지하는 요도지지부와, 상기 중첩부의 하부에서 연장되어 방광을 지지하는 방광지지부로 구성된다.
