PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope training apparatus reproducing a similar operability to an operation environment of an actual endoscope and allowing an operator to freely search by himself/herself.SOLUTION: The endoscope training apparatus is materialized by a personal computer 10. The endoscope training apparatus includes: a first input part 15 to be operated by a left hand； a second input part 16 to be operated by a right hand； and a control part 13 for outputting an image representing the interior of a bronchus model for endoscope training, on a display part 12. When a mouse as the first input part is moved in the horizontal direction, the displayed image is rolled (corresponding to rotation of an actual camera) and, when the mouse is moved in the longitudinal direction, the displayed image is pitched (corresponding to operation of vertically moving the direction of the actual camera). When a vertical cursor key as the second input part is depressed, the image is forward/backward moved in the depth direction of the image. The mouse is operated by the left hand so as to be located at the left side of the personal computer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 実際の内視鏡の操作環境と同等の操作性を再現し、自分で自由に探索することができる内視鏡訓練装置を提供する。【解決手段】 内視鏡訓練装置は、パソコン１０で実現する。左手で操作するための第一入力部１５と、右手で操作するための第二入力部１６と、表示部１２に内視鏡訓練用の気管支モデルの内部を表す画像を出力する制御部１３を備える。第一入力部であるマウスを左右方向に移動すると、表示した画像をロール回転させ（実機のカメラの回転に相当）、マウスを前後方向に移動すると、表示した画像をピッチ回転させる（実機のカメラの向きを上下に移動する動作に相当）。第二入力部である上下のカーソルキーを押下すると、画像の奥行き方向に前進・後退移動させる。マウスは、左手で操作させるため、パソコンの左側に位置する。【選択図】 図１
