The corset disclosed in the invention relates to medical equipment, applied in traumatology, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, neuropathology, and contains frame, adapted for placement along users back, adjustable pelvic support, placed around users pelvic area, first fixation means, fitted for fixation of corset to adjustable pelvic support, second fixation means, made with possibility of fixation to frame and fitted for fixation of users back in pressed against frame position. Frame possesses spring properties and represents staple-shaped element of complex spatial shape, which has opposite elongated branches, located along users back at the distance excluding their contact with the area of vertebral column, and are connected to each other across users back by means of bridge-like connecting device. Free ends of staple-shaped element branches are fixed with possibility of mounting linear vertical movements in first fixation means, made with possibility of changing frame position in sagittal plane relative to adjustable pelvic support.
