The present invention relates to a radiation protective composition containing an endoplasmic reticulum stress inhibitor as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for protecting mammals from the influence of radiation using a material inhibiting signaling of chemical chaperone or an unfolding protein reaction. The radiation protective composition according to the present invention shows an excellent effect of inhibiting cell damage even against high levels of radiation, and thus can be favorably used as a radiation protector against radiation therapy or an environment in which exposure to radiation is inevitable.La présente invention concerne des compositions de protection contre la radiation contenant un inhibiteur de stress de réticulum endoplasmique comme principe actif. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un procédé pour protéger des mammifères contre linfluence de radiation à laide dune matière inhibant la signalisation dun chaperon chimique ou dune réaction de protéine de déploiement. La composition de protection contre le radiation, selon la présente invention, présente un excellent effet dinhibition de lésions cellulaires, même contre des niveaux élevés de radiation, et peut ainsi être utilisée de façon favorable comme protecteur contre la radiation dans la radiothérapie ou un environnement dans lequel lexposition à de la radiation est inévitable.본 발명은 소포체 스트레스 저해제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 방사선 방호용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 화학적 샤페론 또는 미접힘 단백질 반응의 신호 전달을 억제하는 물질을 이용하여 방사선의 영향으로부터 포유류를 보호하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방사선 방호용 조성물은 고준위의 방사선에 대해서도 우수한 세포 손상 억제 효과를 보이는 바, 방사선 노출이 불가피한 환경 또는 방사선 치료에 방사선 방호제로서 유용히 사용될 수 있다.
