PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid injection device suitable for injecting continuously a pulsation flow under a state in which a desired injection force is kept.SOLUTION: A fluid injection device 1 comprises: a fluid chamber 501 of which volume can be changed an inlet passage 503 and an outlet passage 511 communicated with the fluid chamber 501 a pulsation flow generating part 100 including a piezoelectric element 401 a connecting passage 201 communicated at one end with the outlet passage 511 and provided with, at the other end, a fluid injection opening 212 a connected passage pipe 200 for transmitting the pulsation flow from the fluid chamber 501 to the fluid injection opening 212 a fluid injection part 2 having a pump 20 for supplying fluid and a driving part 30 for supplying a driving signal to the piezoelectric element 401. The driving part 30 controls a supplied content of the driving signal constituted by a signal waveform including a compression driving waveform part for driving the piezoelectric element 401 so as to compress the volume in such a way that a fluid flowing toward the fluid chamber 501 before supplying each of the compression driving waveforms supplied continuously may return back to its normal state.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】所望の噴射力を維持した状態で脈動流を継続して噴射するのに好適な流体噴射装置を提供する。【解決手段】流体噴射装置1を、容積が変更可能な流体室501と、流体室501に連通する入口流路503及び出口流路511と、圧電素子401を含む脈動発生部100と、出口流路511に一方の端部が連通され他方の端部に流体噴射開口部212が設けられた接続流路201と、流体室501からの脈動を流体噴射開口部212に伝達する接続流路管200と、流体を供給するポンプ20とを有する流体噴射部2と、圧電素子401に駆動信号を供給する駆動部30とを含む構成とした。そして、駆動部30は、前記容積を圧縮するように圧電素子401を駆動する圧縮駆動波形部を含む信号波形から構成される駆動信号の供給内容を、連続して供給される圧縮駆動波形部の各々の供給前に、流体室501に向かって流れる流体が定常状態に戻るように制御する。【選択図】図1
