PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid injection device that discharges fluid efficiently and smoothly.SOLUTION: The fluid injection device 1 includes: a compression chamber 40 a cylindrical laminated piezoelectric element 10 having inner electrodes divided into two or more arbitrary integers in a radial direction a diaphragm 30 closely fixed on the compression chamber 40 of the laminated piezoelectric element 10 and an outlet hole 60 with the compression chamber 40 opened at a position facing the inner electrode 11c on the innermost side.
