(57)< Abstract > As for this invention, it is related to the products which are obtained by the new production method and the aforementioned production method in order to manufacture the sol - gel micro capsule which fills up 95 weight % by the functional molecule or the substance below. The aforementioned production method is done by two stages. (A) under the appropriate shear force in, in the aqueous solution of the solution of insoluble in the water which includes the molecule which the sol - gel precusor should fill up the oil-in-water emulsion, it makes occur with emulsification. (B) with the aqueous solution which selects pH appropriately it mixes the aforementioned emulsion and, agitates, it obtains the sol - gel micro capsule which fills up in state of the liquid. That way as for the micro capsule which is obtained, furthermore, it can place under cycle of being isolated and washing.
