PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new activity adjusting aqueous solution having excellent eco-friendliness and exhibiting bactericidal, bacteriostatic, cleaning, deodorizing and oxidation-reduction actions, etc., and to provide an activity adjusting aqueous solution quickly adjusting the pH, without using complicate processes, by mixing two liquids.SOLUTION: The activity adjusting aqueous solution of the invention is a mixture of a liquid having a pH of <7.0 and prepared by immersing a cellulosic substrate having a carboxy group and/or a sulfone group bonded by graft polymerization, in a liquid at a temperature not higher than the boiling point and removing the cellulosic substrate, and a liquid having a pH of >7.0 and prepared by immersing a cellulosic substrate having an amino group bonded by graft polymerization in a liquid at a temperature not higher than the boiling point and removing the cellulosic substrate.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】耐環境性に優れ、除菌・静菌・洗浄・消臭・酸化還元等の作用を有した新規な活量調質水溶液を提供する。また二液を混合することにより、迅速かつ煩雑な工程を経ずにpHの調整が可能な活量調質水溶液を提供する。【構成】本発明は、カルボキシル基及び\又はスルホン基がグラフト重合により結合されたセルロース系基体を沸点以下の液体に浸漬した後、該セルロース系基体を除去して得られるpH7.0未満の液体と、アミノ基がグラフト重合により結合されたセルロース系基体を沸点以下の液体に浸漬した後、該セルロース系基体を除去して得られるpH7.0を超える液体との混合液であることを特徴とする活量調質水溶液である。【選択図】 図1
