PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated manufacturing apparatus of dry bean curd capable of improving quality of dry bean curd and working environment by achieving higher productivity and less space than in the past.SOLUTION: An automated manufacturing apparatus of dry bean curd includes a producing unit 10 having a dry bean curd tank 11 to which soybean milk is charged and a heating tank 12 for heating the dry bean curd tank 11, a conveying unit 20 for conveying the dry bean curd produced in the producing unit 10 from one end to the upper part of the other end of the dry bean curd tank 11, a drying unit 30 for drying the dry bean curd conveyed by the conveying unit 20, a reeling and cutting unit 40 for reeling or cutting the dry bean curd dried in the drying unit 30, and a controlling unit 50 for controlling each unit of producing, conveying, drying, reeling and cutting.
