A balloon dilatation catheter comprises a push rod (4), a balloon (1), an inner tube (3), a development mark (2), a stress diffusion tube (5), and a connection device (6). The inner tube (3) is of a dual-layer hollow structure, and is formed by an inner layer (3-2) of the inner tube and an outer layer (3-1) on the inner layer (3-2) of the inner tube. The inner layer (3-2) of the inner tube comprises a slope portion (3-21) located at a far side of the inner layer (3-2) of the inner tube and a spiral portion (3-22) adjacent to the slope portion (3-21). A far end of the slope portion (3-21) is connected to a far end of the balloon (1). A spiral through slot (3-221), penetrating a tube wall of the inner layer (3-2) of the inner tube, is disposed on the spiral portion (3-22) and along an axial direction of the inner tube (3). A screw pitch of the spiral through slot (3-221) increases towards the connection device (6) in an axial direction.
