PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet printing device capable of printing predetermined identification information along a direction of a mark such as a secant on a front face and a reverse face of a tablet.SOLUTION: In a conveyance part 3 on the upstream side, one surface of a tablet T is imaged by a first imaging part 101, and the other surface of the tablet T is imaged by a second imaging part 102 so that the direction of a secant T1 of all surfaces of the tablet T is recognized. A first printing part 201 of the conveyance part 3 on the upstream side prints predetermined identification information on the other surface of the tablet T along the direction of the secant T1 based on image data on the one surface and the other surface of the tablet T imaged by the first imaging part 101 and the second imaging part 102.
