PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet conveyance device which can surely return tablets displaced from a conveyance part to the conveyance part during operation, and a tablet printing apparatus which can improve the processing efficiency.SOLUTION: A tablet conveyance device includes: conveyance parts 1, 2 which convey tablets T and a return part 3 which is provided adjacently to the conveyance parts 1, 2 and returns the tablets T displaced from the conveyance parts 1, 2 to the conveyance parts 1, 2.
