PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity meter that outputs the information evaluating an activity level.SOLUTION: The activity meter includes an activity level acquisition unit 11 for acquiring the activity level of the body of a person subject to measurement. The activity meter: acquires a first index concerning the difference between a target calorie consumption for a unit period, and a computed calorie consumption computed from the activity level acquired in the unit period by the activity level acquisition unit 11 and acquires a second index concerning the difference between a target value representing body composition, and a measurement value representing body composition measured with regard to the person subject to measurement.
