The present invention provides a multi-function handheld massage apparatus which can massage a hand and foot while a user holds the same in a hand to massage or rest. The multi-function handheld massage apparatus comprises a massage tool, a pair of flexible joints, a pair of handles, a vibration generation unit, and a holder. The massage tool includes: first to fourth massage surfaces formed in a circumferential direction to massage the body of a user； first and second sides formed to connect both sides of the first to fourth massage surfaces； and a pair of shafts formed on the first and second sides. The flexible joints are coupled to ends of the shafts to be bent. The handles are coupled to the flexible joints to allow the user to hold the same to adjust the direction by bending the flexible joints. The vibration generation unit includes: a vibration motor mounted in the massage tool to generate vibration； a vibration transfer body mounted in the massage tool and separated from the first and second sides to accommodate the vibration motor, and connected to the first to fourth massage surfaces to transfer vibration generated from the vibration motor to the first to fourth massage surfaces； and a pair of vibration insulation bodies mounted between both sides of the vibration motor neighboring the first and second sides and the vibration transfer body to attenuate vibration. The holder supports the pair of shafts to horizontally hold the massage tool.
