PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that although an inorganic material generally represented by Kanuma soil and an organic material can improve environment by being fed to a farmland, a forest region, or a sea area, enhancement of aggregation and lowering of an effect of transition to acid soil in the lapse of time are widely known, and as a result of lowering of functions of those materials, the same material has been further continuously fed to the farmland, the forest region, or the sea area in order to maintain the environment improved by the feed thereof, and furthermore, disposal as a waste material of the fed inorganic material or organic material after lowering of the functions thereof has been troublesome.SOLUTION: The invention is configured such that enhancement and recovery of functions of an inorganic material or an organic material with the lowered functions are made possible by using a humus liquid produced by immersing a suitable amount of an undecomposed organic material such as wood, herbs, residues or the like in a very strongly acidic vinegar liquid (an organic acid) produced in a charcoal production process, and curing the organic material for a long period of time.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】一般的に鹿沼土に代表される無機質および有機質資材は,農地,林地,海域へ投与されることによって環境を改善することができるが,時間経過に伴い団粒化の促進や酸性土壌への移行の効果が低下していくことが広く知られている。これらの資材の持つ機能が低下することから,投与によって改善した環境を維持する為に,農地,林地,海域に対して、さらに同じ資材を投入し続けていた経緯がある。また,投与する無機,有機資材については,その機能が低下すると廃材として処分に困っていた。【解決手段】本発明は,木,草,残滓等の未分解の有機物を炭の製造過程で産出される極強酸性の酢液(有機酸)に木,草,残滓等の未分解の有機物を適量漬け込み,長期間養生することで製造される腐植液を用いて,機能低下している無機質資材又は有機質資材の機能を増進及び機能回復することを可能とした構成。【選択図】 図1
